Network Chapters
The Mockingbird Youth Network consists of six Chapters (located in each of the six Washington State Department of Social & Human Services regions). Local Network Chapters set their own community agenda based on the input and needs of local youth, whether it be educating the public about foster care issues, partnering with local schools to benefit foster youth, or interacting with city government and local business for youth activities and programs.
